Kraftdriven

Warranty

Warranty policy

Any commercial warranty offered by Kraftdriven is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them.

Warranty period

The warranty period runs from the date of delivery. Where a product page states a different period for a specific item, the product page applies.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects

A manufacturing defect is a fault present in the product as supplied, arising from the way it was made rather than from use, installation or later damage. Examples can include defective stitching or trim bonding, finish defects present on arrival, or a supplied integrated component that does not function as described.

Where we accept that a product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate to the circumstances.

What the warranty does not cover

Making a warranty claim

Please provide the following when contacting us:

Please do not attempt a repair before contacting us, as this can make it impossible to assess the original fault. Claims are assessed on the evidence provided and may include return for inspection.

Compatibility is not a warranty matter

The warranty covers product defects, not fitment. If you are unsure whether a product suits your vehicle, use our compatibility service before ordering.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under UK consumer law and does not affect them.
