Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you place an order with Kraftdriven through this website.

Business information

Orders and acceptance of orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full where a product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify payment, or where we reasonably believe the product is not compatible with your vehicle.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken through our payment provider at the time of order unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, functions and finish. Photographs are illustrative and colour, grain and weave can vary slightly between items. Products are aftermarket products supplied by Kraftdriven. We do not describe them as genuine manufacturer parts, and we do not claim manufacturer approval or certification.

Availability

Stock status and lead times are shown on each product page. Some items are supplier fulfilled or made to order, and availability can change before your order is accepted.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed dates unless we state a guaranteed date in writing.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty

Any commercial warranty is set out in our warranty policy and is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Vehicle compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product compatibility information before placing an order. Where compatibility is unclear, customers should contact Kraftdriven before purchasing. Product compatibility may depend on the vehicle model, year, specification and existing equipment.

We offer a free compatibility service for this purpose and will confirm the correct option in writing based on the details you provide.

Installation and safety

Our products are supplied for installation by a suitably qualified or experienced professional where appropriate. Steering wheels interact with vehicle safety systems. Please read our product safety and compatibility information before installation.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, product photography, graphics and the Kraftdriven name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names, model designations and chassis codes are used solely to describe product compatibility and remain the property of their respective owners.

No manufacturer affiliation

Kraftdriven is an independent aftermarket retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or associated with BMW AG or any other vehicle manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for consequential losses such as third-party labour, diagnostic charges or loss of use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory consumer rights.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
