Made to order

Each Kraftdriven steering wheel is prepared to order based on the selected product and specification. Products are not held as immediate off-the-shelf stock unless a product page specifically confirms otherwise.

Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, specification, processing times and shipping destination. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If an unexpected or significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an update.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been authorised and, where relevant, after your specification or compatibility details have been confirmed in writing. Processing time is part of the 1–3 week estimate and is separate from transit time.

Estimated delivery times

• UK delivery: 1–3 weeks (estimate)
• Europe: 1–3 weeks (estimate), plus any customs clearance time
• Rest of world: 1–3 weeks (estimate), plus any customs clearance time

Where a product page shows a different estimate for a specific item, the product page estimate applies. We do not promise guaranteed delivery dates unless a guaranteed date is explicitly stated for your order in writing.

Supplier and partner fulfilment

Some products are fulfilled directly by a supplier or fulfilment partner rather than dispatched from our own stock. Where this applies, dispatch timeframes follow that partner's schedule and are reflected in the estimate shown on the product page.

Tracking

Where tracked services are used, a tracking reference is emailed once your parcel has been collected by the carrier. Tracking may not be available for every service or destination.

International shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations. Available services, costs and restrictions are shown at checkout. Some items may not be available for shipment to all destinations.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout. Customs processing can also add time to delivery.

Delays outside our control

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Kraftdriven's reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, industrial action and supplier delays. If your order is delayed, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier or supplier.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed collection, we may need to charge for redelivery.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimate, contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant so we can resolve it. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
