Track your order
Every order is processed through our secure Shopify checkout. Your confirmation email contains a live order status link with tracking as soon as it is available.
Find your order status link
- 1. Open the order confirmation email sent after checkout.
- 2. Select "View your order" to open the live order status page.
- 3. Tracking appears on that page once your parcel is dispatched.
Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmedYou receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, with your order number and an order status link.
- Specification checkedWe confirm chassis, build year and function support before anything is dispatched or built.
- DispatchedYour order status page updates with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us. Supplier-fulfilled items move to dispatched once released to us.
- DeliveredUK tracked delivery is typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
